Jason Masterson, Service and Parts Director

including being Master Service Manager, which stands as a statement of
his success as service director. He believes in servicing a customer's

Jim McRae, Partsand Service Director ,at

for twenty years. He has many certifications such as Service Manager and
Parts Manager. Jim graduated with a Bachelors in Sociology and a Minor
in Criminal Justice from Salem State College and utilizes his education
in the automotive world. Jim is an essential addition to the Audi Jaguar
Land Rover Fort Myers family not only for his vast knowledge and keen
understanding in mechanics, administration skills, and parts
implementation, but also for his humble and charitable personality. What
Jim most appreciates about his career is the fact that he can help
others by giving the best customer service. "My goal is simple: making

industry for five and a half years; ranging from an automotive service
consultant to management positions at service facilities. Mr. McKenzie
has been named Master Certified in Toyota and ASE Certified Service
Consultant. He was also Master Assistant Service Manager at Fort Myers
Toyota. Josh believes in providing the utmost customer service for
every customer and as a result, an effortless and relaxed experience.
Josh says, "I've encountered different situations along the years and

Fort Myers." Shane Duhaime, Land Rover Service Advisor,

servicing field for eighteen years, six of those years working in
professional road racing and twelve as a service advisor. He has had
vast experience in the mechanics and dynamism of vehicles and therefore

Fort Myers. When asked what Shane appreciates most about his career is,
